This is how we proceed
We cut the avocado into halves, brush both with a little vegetable oil and place them like this on the grill with the cut side down.
For the filling of the halves, we cut the tomatoes into halves, seed them and then dice them. We also cut the natural tofu into small cubes, marinate them in olive oil, curry powder and a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg and then add them briefly to the pan over medium heat until the cubes are golden brown. We then mix the tomatoes with the tofu and chopped cilantro in a bowl.
Once the avocado halves are ready on the grill, they can be served. For this, we put the two halves on a plate, top with the tomato tofu mixture and add 1 tsp "die veggie salsa" on top for that extra umami experience. Add salt & pepper on top and serve.
