Our salsa is the ideal topping for Italian antipasti
Ingredients

400 g tomatoes
1 ciabatta bread
the veggie salsa
2 cloves of garlic
fresh basil
olive oil
salt & pepper
This is how we proceed

The tomatoes must first be skinned and then seeded. Then finely dice the pulp. Wash the basil and cut into fine strips (saving a few leaves for garnish), mix with the diced tomatoes in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Slice the ciabatta, halve two cloves of garlic and carefully rub the slices of bread with the cut surface. You can already fry the bread in olive oil in a pan over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Then arrange the warm bread slices on a plate and spread the tomato topping on top. Additionally garnish with "die veggie salsa" and basil.
