This is how we proceed
For the marinade of the tofu, we mix olive oil with some cumin, freshly grated nutmeg and paprika powder and coat the finely cut slices with it on both sides. Then fry them in a pan on both sides until they become nice and crispy. Meanwhile, the Mie noodles can already be brought to a simmer in a pot.
Cut the carrot into small snakes, cut the avocado and arrange in a bowl with all the other ingredients. Finally, sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and add half a lime for the dressing. Ready is the fresh summer lunch with our "the original kimchi".
