100 g (vegan) yoghurt or curd
100 g of turmeric kale
1 passion fruit
50 g (frozen) berries
a handful of spelt flakes
This is how we proceed
The berries can be fresh or frozen - since we heat them briefly in the pot, it doesn't matter.
While they are simmering on low heat, add the yogurt to your favorite bowl.
Top with passion fruit, spelt flakes and "the turmeric kale".
Lastly, add the hot berries and let the combination of sweet and salty melt in your mouth!
