2 tsp "the red goji beet"
1 tbsp agave syrup

Açaí & Wild Berry Porridge from Seedheart
Here's how we do it
We put the Açaí & Wild Berry Porridge from Seedheart in a bowl with plenty of water and let it steep for about 30 minutes.
For the puree we seed the apricots and put them in the blender together with about 2 tsp "the red goji beet", 1 tbsp agave syrup and some oat milk (any other plant milk will do).
For the topping we chop banana, apple and hazelnuts.
Then we put the porridge together with the chopped apple (save a few slices for the topping) and a dash of oat milk into the pot and let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
Pour into your breakfast bowl, garnish with fruit and nuts and add the beetroot apricot puree - Voilá! Enjoy it!
