Probably the most famous salad from Lebanese cuisine, with simple ingredients but lots of flavor - quick, easy and fresh.

- 150 g couscous
- 120 ml water
- 100 g the ginger carrot
- ⅓ cucumber
- 2 spring onions
- Handful of coriander
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- 1 chili
- 3 tbsp. virgin sunflower oil
- salt, pepper
This is how we proceed

Put couscous in a large bowl, pour boiling, lightly salted water over it and let it swell for 10 minutes.
Finely dice the cucumber, thinly slice the chili and spring onion and roughly chop the cilantro.
Add everything to the finished couscous and fold in. "Add the ginger carrots", pour virgin sunflower oil over it and mix. Season with salt and pepper and finally sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
