The Buddha Bowl can be made to your liking with a mix of hot and cold ingredients and our vegetables

50g "das daikon kimchi"
Tamari Black Bean Tempeh from Tempeh Manufaktur
Mie Noodles
1 Carrot
1 Cucumber
100g Green Beans
1 Fresh Fig
1 Pak Choi
1 Spring Onion
This is how we proceed

Finely slice the Black Bean Tempeh from Tempeh Manufaktur and fry in a pan until crispy on both sides. Add the beans and fry them as well.
Meanwhile, also cook the Mie noodles according to package instructions. Cut pak choi in half and fry briefly in the pan.
Wash the vegetables. Cut the carrot and cucumber into strips and the spring onions into slices, cut the fig in half.
And it's on to the fun part of a Buddha Bowl: the loving dressing!
Put everything in a bowl, top with "das daikon kimchi" - and the delicious lunch is ready!
