Ingredients

1 jar/can of chickpeas 
4-5 tbsp tahini 
Juice of 1 lemon 
2 cloves of garlic 
0.5 tsp salt 
2 tsp cumin 
50 ml cold water 
1 tbsp olive oil if necessary 
5-6 tbsp  goji beetroot
This is how we proceed

- Drain the chickpeas, peel the garlic and halve the lemon.
 - To make the hummus, blend the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, salt, a little water and a little olive oil until the consistency is creamy.
 - Now add 5-6 tablespoons of goji beetroot for a nice color and crunchiness.
 
Hummus with goji beetroot goes great with crackers, sourdough bread, snack vegetables or grilled food.
