Hummus with goji beetroot

Hummus with bright colors – a real eye-catcher for any occasion and extra crunchy thanks to our goji beetroot ferment.

Ingredients

1 jar/can of chickpeas
4-5 tbsp tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves of garlic
0.5 tsp salt
2 tsp cumin
50 ml cold water
1 tbsp olive oil if necessary
5-6 tbsp goji beetroot

This is how we proceed

  1. Drain the chickpeas, peel the garlic and halve the lemon.
  2. To make the hummus, blend the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, salt, a little water and a little olive oil until the consistency is creamy.
  3. Now add 5-6 tablespoons of goji beetroot for a nice color and crunchiness.

Hummus with goji beetroot goes great with crackers, sourdough bread, snack vegetables or grilled food.
