Ingredients

250 g plant-based camembert
200 g plant-based cream cheese
2 tbsp plant-based butter
1 tsp paprika powder
1-2 tsp caraway powder
salt & pepper
1 red onion
4 tbsp daikon kimchi
This is how we proceed

Cut the camembert into small pieces and mix with the cream cheese, butter and spices (paprika, caraway, salt and pepper) in a bowl.
Peel a red onion, cut into small pieces, add to the bowl and mix everything well together.
Now fold in the daikon kimchi. The obazda goes well with pretzels and other pretzels products.
