Ingredients

200 g various salad leaves
1 bunch of radishes
1 handful of wild garlic
1 carrot
1 jar of white beans
50 g walnuts
olive oil
salt & pepper
1 jar of cucumber kimchi
This is how we proceed

- Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves, wild garlic, radishes and carrot.
- Remove the leaves from the radishes and cut both into small pieces.
- Peel the carrot if necessary and cut into small pieces.
- Chop the wild garlic into small pieces too.
- Place the vegetables in a large salad bowl and mix briefly.
- Drain the beans and add.
- Chop the walnuts and mix in.
- Season with olive oil, salt and pepper and mix with a jar of kimchi cucumber.
