Grilled tempeh sriracha strips

It's barbecue season! These grilled tempeh sriracha strips are spicy, high in protein and vegan – perfect as a barbecue side dish or main course. Marinate the tempeh, grill and enjoy.
Ingredients

1 pack of natural soy tempeh from Tempeh Manufaktur
3-4 tbsp e.g. smoky sriracha
2-3 tbsp oil

This is how we proceed

  1. Cut the tempeh into thin strips and marinate with smoky sriracha and a little oil.
  2. Leave the marinated tempeh sriracha strips to marinate for at least half an hour.
  3. Then grill the strips on all sides.
  4. Tip: The grilled tempeh sriracha strips are great for dipping in even more sriracha sauce.
