Tofu hot dog with cucumber kimchi

Vegan hot dog variation: pretzel stick with tofu sausage, creamy cream cheese, spicy cucumber kimchi, pickled onions and fresh chives – quick to make, full of flavour and perfect for Oktoberfest season.
Ingredients

1 pretzel stick
1 vegan sausage
Vegan cream cheese
2 tbsp Cucumber Kimchi
Pickled Onions
Chives

This is how we proceed
  1. Cut the chives into very fine rings.
  2. Cook the vegan sausage in a pot.
  3. Cut the pretzel stick in half.
  4. Spread cream cheese on both sides of the pretzel stick.
  5. Place the vegan sausage, a few tablespoons of cucumber kimchi, pickled onions and chives in the pretzel stick.
