Ingredients

1 pretzel stick
1 vegan sausage
Vegan cream cheese
2 tbsp Cucumber Kimchi
Pickled Onions
Chives
This is how we proceed
–
- Cut the chives into very fine rings.
- Cook the vegan sausage in a pot.
- Cut the pretzel stick in half.
- Spread cream cheese on both sides of the pretzel stick.
- Place the vegan sausage, a few tablespoons of cucumber kimchi, pickled onions and chives in the pretzel stick.
