Beetroot mousse

A dessert made from fermented beetroot and silken tofu? Beetroot mousse sounds unusual, but it's a surprisingly tasty and gut-friendly alternative to classic mousse. Try this simple recipe!
Ingredients

1 pack of silken tofu
5 tbsp fermented beetroot
3 tbsp white almond butter
4 tbsp sweetener of your choice (e.g. maple syrup)

This is how we proceed

  1. Add silken tofu, fermented beetroot, white almond butter and maple syrup in a blender and mix until creamy.
  2. Pour the beetroot mousse into clean, boiled jars, seal and place in the fridge overnight.
  3. Enjoy this gut-friendly alternative to classic mousse.
