1 pack of silken tofu
5 tbsp fermented beetroot
3 tbsp white almond butter
4 tbsp sweetener of your choice (e.g. maple syrup)
This is how we proceed

- Add silken tofu, fermented beetroot, white almond butter and maple syrup in a blender and mix until creamy.
- Pour the beetroot mousse into clean, boiled jars, seal and place in the fridge overnight.
- Enjoy this gut-friendly alternative to classic mousse.
