Ingredients

1 zucchini
6-8 cherry tomatoes
1 yellow bell bell pepper
4-5 snow peas
200g broccoli
100g the turmeric kale
6 green olives
1 lemon
150g fresh lettuce
1 tsp sesame seeds
handful of sunflower seeds
olive oil
salt, pepper
pita bread

Here is how we proceed

We start by washing the vegetables and peeling the zucchini depending on personal preference.

For the oven we prepare the peppers, broccoli, zucchini and snow peas by cutting everything into small pieces and placing them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, drizzle with enough olive oil and season with salt & pepper.

Then put the tray in the oven preheated to 200 degrees (top/bottom heat) and bake the vegetables for about 40 minutes, depending on the desired browning. If necessary, also turn everything over once or twice.

Meanwhile, we can prepare the rest for the bowl - chop the tomatoes and halve the lemon.

Once the oven vegetables are ready, we put everything in a bowl together with the lettuce and lemon, topping it with sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and "the turmeric kale".

Serve with pita bread! Also Hummus tastes incredibly delicious with it :)
