Ingredients for one jar

4 tbsp chia seeds
125 ml kefir
1 small nectarine
2 tbsp Goji Beetroot + juice
2 tsp puffed quinoa
This is how we proceed
–
- Mix 4 tablespoons of chia seeds with 125 ml of kefir in a container.
- Wash the nectarine, cut it into small pieces and mix it into the chia pudding together with a little goji beetroot juice.
- Top with 2 tablespoons of Goji Beetroot and 2 teaspoons of puffed quinoa.
- Store in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy the next day.
