Chia pudding with kefir and Goji Beetroot

This chia pudding with creamy kefir, fruity nectarine, fermented goji beetroot and crunchy quinoa is a colourful breakfast full of active cultures, fibre and nutrients – perfect for an energetic start to the day.

Ingredients for one jar

4 tbsp chia seeds
125 ml kefir
1 small nectarine
2 tbsp Goji Beetroot + juice
2 tsp puffed quinoa

This is how we proceed
  1. Mix 4 tablespoons of chia seeds with 125 ml of kefir in a container.
  2. Wash the nectarine, cut it into small pieces and mix it into the chia pudding together with a little goji beetroot juice.
  3. Top with 2 tablespoons of Goji Beetroot and 2 teaspoons of puffed quinoa.
  4. Store in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy the next day.
