Hearty porridge with Turmeric Cauliflower

Hearty instead of sweet: this vegan porridge with oatmeal, spinach, king oyster mushrooms and our turmeric cauliflower is creamy, warming and full of flavour. Perfect as a gut-friendly breakfast or light dinner.
Ingredients for one bowl

1 cup oat flakes
200-300 ml plant milk
1 tsp Zimt
2 king oyster mushrooms
Some cooking oil
1 handful of spinach
2 tbsp Turmeric Cauliflower

This is how we proceed
  1. Slice the king oyster mushrooms and fry in a pan with a little oil until golden brown.
  2. Cook the oat flakes with plant-based milk and cinnamon in a saucepan.
  3. Blanch the spinach briefly and then rinse with cold water.
  4. Arrange everything in a bowl and top with a little turmeric cauliflower.
