Ingredients for one bowl

1 cup oat flakes
200-300 ml plant milk
1 tsp Zimt
2 king oyster mushrooms
Some cooking oil
1 handful of spinach
2 tbsp Turmeric Cauliflower
This is how we proceed
–
- Slice the king oyster mushrooms and fry in a pan with a little oil until golden brown.
- Cook the oat flakes with plant-based milk and cinnamon in a saucepan.
- Blanch the spinach briefly and then rinse with cold water.
- Arrange everything in a bowl and top with a little turmeric cauliflower.
