Wheat bran with Goji Beetroot

Start your day in a gut-friendly way: wheat bran with Goji Beetroot, ground flaxseed, persimmon, plum and pumpkin seeds – packed with fibre, plant power and delicious flavour.
Ingredients for one jar

3 tbsp wheat bran
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
150 ml plant milk
1 small persimmon
1 small yellow plum
2 tbsp Goji Beetroot + juice
2 tsp pumpkin seeds

This is how we proceed
– 
  1. Wash the persimmon and plum, remove the stone from the plum and cut both into small pieces.
  2. Mix the wheat bran, ground flaxseed, plant-based drink and a little juice from the goji beetroot in a glass.
  3. Top with persimmon, plum, Goji Beetroot and pumpkin seeds and enjoy.
