Kimchi spread

Kimchi Kitchen Hacks: Is your kimchi too sour? Then turn it into a creamy kimchi spread – ideal for bread, as a dip or for snacking. Quick, easy and full of flavour!
Ingredients

150 g cashew nuts
3 tbsp olive oil
5 tbsp e.g. Original Kimchi

This is how we proceed
  1. Soak the cashew nuts in a bowl with plenty of water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Rinse the soaked cashew nuts thoroughly and purée them together with the kimchi and olive oil to form a creamy mixture.
