Ingredients

150 g rice
200 g tofu
2 green onions
200 g peas
1-2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
10 tbsp e.g. Original Kimchi
Cooking oil
This is how we proceed
–
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet or use chilled rice from the day before.
- Cut the tofu into very small cubes.
- Wash the green onions and chop them finely.
- Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the tofu until golden brown.
- Add the rice, spring onions and peas, cover and fry for a few minutes.
- Mix in the soy sauce and kimchi and fry for a few more minutes until well combined.
- Tip: If you like, you can sprinkle some sesame seeds over the kimchi fried rice.
