Kimchi pancakes

Kimchi Kitchen Hacks: Is your kimchi too sour? Then use it to make these crispy pancakes - crunchy on the outside, spicy on the inside and perfect for snacking. Kimchi pancakes go perfectly with sriracha mayo.
Ingredients

2 green onions
5-6 tbsp e.g. Original Kimchi
125 g flour
100 ml water
Cooking oil

Ingredients for sriracha mayo

1 jar of plant-based mayo
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
6 tbsp e.g. Spicy Sriracha

This is how we proceed
  1. Wash the green onions, chop them finely and place them in a bowl.
  2. Add kimchi, flour, water and if desired a little oil and mix until smooth.
  3. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, add the batter and fry the kimchi pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
  4. For the sriracha mayo: Mix the plant-based mayo with salt, pepper and Spicy Sriracha.
