Ingredients

2 green onions
5-6 tbsp e.g. Original Kimchi
125 g flour
100 ml water
Cooking oil
Ingredients for sriracha mayo
–
1 jar of plant-based mayo
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
6 tbsp e.g. Spicy Sriracha
This is how we proceed
–
- Wash the green onions, chop them finely and place them in a bowl.
- Add kimchi, flour, water and if desired a little oil and mix until smooth.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan, add the batter and fry the kimchi pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
- For the sriracha mayo: Mix the plant-based mayo with salt, pepper and Spicy Sriracha.
