Ingredients for two wraps

2 wraps
200 g smoked tofu
Optional: 1 tsp cooking oil
1 handful of arugula
Dried tomatoes
E.g., 4 tbsp Mild Kimchi
250 g quark
Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley and basil)
½ lemon
Salt
Pepper
Here's how we do it
–
- Heat the wrap in the oven or microwave.
- Cut the smoked tofu into thin strips and fry – you can also use it raw, of course.
- Finely chop the herbs.
- Add the herbs, salt, pepper, and juice of half a lemon to the quark and mix.
- Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces.
- Spread 2-3 tablespoons of quark in the middle of the wrap.
- Top with tofu strips, dried tomatoes, arugula, and mild kimchi.
- Fold together and enjoy.
