2 Wraps mit Rucola, getrockneten Tomaten und Mildem Kimchi

Kimchi-Wraps

These wraps are a great everyday companion: fresh, spicy, and full of flavor. Whether as a snack, for lunch or dinner—the main thing is to include kimchi.
Ingredients for two wraps

2 wraps
200 g smoked tofu
Optional: 1 tsp cooking oil
1 handful of arugula
Dried tomatoes
E.g., 4 tbsp Mild Kimchi
250 g quark
Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley and basil)
½ lemon
Salt
Pepper

Here's how we do it
  1. Heat the wrap in the oven or microwave.
  2. Cut the smoked tofu into thin strips and fry – you can also use it raw, of course.
  3. Finely chop the herbs.
  4. Add the herbs, salt, pepper, and juice of half a lemon to the quark and mix.
  5. Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces.
  6. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of quark in the middle of the wrap.
  7. Top with tofu strips, dried tomatoes, arugula, and mild kimchi.
  8. Fold together and enjoy.
