Ingredients for two portions

200 g spaghetti + cooking noodle water
1 clove of garlic
100 g kale
2 lemons (juice + zest)
2 tbsp Olivenöl
1 tsp salt
0,5 tsp pepper
1 tsp chilli flakes
e.g. Spicy Kimchi
1 handful of parsley
Optional: more chilli flakes
This is how we proceed
–
- Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water according to the package instructions.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic.
- Grate the lemon zest and squeeze the juice.
- Wash the kale, pat dry, and remove the leaves from the stems.
- Heat some olive oil in a pan. Sauté the garlic, chili flakes, and kale in it. Season with salt and pepper, add the lemon juice and zest, and stir in a little pasta water.
- Petersilie waschen, trocken tupfen und fein hacken.
- Wash the parsley, pat dry, and chop finely. Drain the pasta and arrange on plates with the sauce and spicy kimchi.
- Optionally, sprinkle some chili flakes on top.
