2 Bagel mit Rucola, getrockneten Tomaten und Spicy Kimchi

Spicy Kimchi Bagel

This bagel recipe provides you with a quick and balanced meal that is perfect for work: No kitchen? No problem!
Ingredients for 1 bagel

1 bagel
1 cream cheese
1 handful of arugula
5 dried tomatoes
2-3 tbsp Spicy Kimchi
Optional: sprouts

This is how we proceed
  1. Cut the bagel in half and toast the outside if desired.
  2. Spread cream cheese on both sides.
  3. Cut the dried tomatoes into thin strips.
  4. Wash the arugula and place it on one side of the bagel.
  5. Add the tomato strips.
  6. Top with Spicy Kimchi and sprouts (optional).
  7. Place the other half of the bagel on top. Done!
