Ingredients for 1 bagel

1 bagel
1 cream cheese
1 handful of arugula
5 dried tomatoes
2-3 tbsp Spicy Kimchi
Optional: sprouts
This is how we proceed
–
- Cut the bagel in half and toast the outside if desired.
- Spread cream cheese on both sides.
- Cut the dried tomatoes into thin strips.
- Wash the arugula and place it on one side of the bagel.
- Add the tomato strips.
- Top with Spicy Kimchi and sprouts (optional).
- Place the other half of the bagel on top. Done!
