Ingredients

1 sweet potato
1 avocado
½ lemon
½ red onion
Salt
Pepper
Daikon Kimchi
This is how we proceed
–
- Wash the sweet potato and prick it all over with a fork.
- Microwave on high for 9 minutes.
- Cut half the onion into small pieces.
- Mash the avocado with a fork.
- Add the onions and season with lemon, salt, and pepper.
- Now you can cut the cooked sweet potato lengthwise and top it with guacamole and daikon kimchi.
