Ingredients

1 kg waxy potatoes
400 g quark
1 bunch of chives
salt
pepper
Classic Sauerkraut
This is how we proceed
–
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them in a pot with salted water until tender.
- Meanwhile, wash the chives, pat them dry and chop them into fine rings.
- Mix the quark with salt, pepper and the chives.
- Drain the cooked potatoes, rinse them briefly under cold water and serve them on plates with the quark and Classic Sauerkraut.
