Potatoes with quark and sauerkraut

Potatoes with quark and sauerkraut are a true classic of home cooking. With freshly boiled jacket potatoes, chives and crisp sauerkraut, this makes for a quick, filling recipe for a simple meal.
Ingredients

1 kg waxy potatoes
400 g quark
1 bunch of chives
salt
pepper
Classic Sauerkraut

This is how we proceed

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them in a pot with salted water until tender.
  2. Meanwhile, wash the chives, pat them dry and chop them into fine rings.
  3. Mix the quark with salt, pepper and the chives.
  4. Drain the cooked potatoes, rinse them briefly under cold water and serve them on plates with the quark and Classic Sauerkraut.
