Sauerkraut Salad

This sauerkraut salad is perfect for warm days: crisp sauerkraut, seasonal vegetables, apple, and fresh herbs. It’s quick to make, healthy, and full of flavor. Give it a try!
Ingredients for a large bowl

3 carrots
1 cucumber
1 bunch of radishes
1 apple
1 handful of parsley
1 cup of yogurt
Salt
Pepper
1 jar of Classic Sauerkraut

Here’s how to make it

  1. Wash the carrots, trim the ends, peel if necessary, and finely grate.
  2. Wash the cucumber and cut into thin strips.
  3. Wash the radishes and apple and cut them into very small cubes.
  4. Wash the parsley and chop it finely.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the carrots, cucumber, radishes, apple, and parsley with the yogurt, salt, and pepper.
  6. Fold in the Classic Sauerkraut and enjoy immediately.
