Ingredients

200 g beluga lentils
1 radicchio
80 g Asian salad
1 orange
1 jar of Goji Beetroot
Ingredients for the Vinaigrette-Dressing
–
8 tbsp Balsamico
16 tbsp Olivenöl
4 tsp Senf
2 tbsp Ahornsirup
salt
pepper
So gehen wir vor
–
- Rinse the beluga lentils thoroughly in a sieve and cook in a pot with water and a little salt according to the instructions on the packet until they are done.
- Wash and dry the radicchio and Asian salad and cut into smaller pieces.
- Peel the orange and cut the orange flesh into small pieces.
- Place the radicchio, Asian salad, orange and Goji Beetroot in a large bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients for the vinaigrette dressing together well in a glass.
- Drain the cooked beluga lentils, allow to cool slightly, add to the salad and mix everything together with the vinaigrette dressing.
