Couscous salad with apple and the turmeric cabbage

Ingredients

100g couscous
100g colorful cauliflower
2 tbsp the turmeric cauliflower
1 apple
1 mini cucumber
1 spring onion
1 lime
olive oil
1 tbsp the seaweed mojo
fresh coriander
salt & pepper

Here is how we proceed

Put the couscous in a bowl with a little salt and pour double the amount of boiling water over it, set aside and let it rest.

Put the cleaned cauliflower on a baking tray lined with baking paper and drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake at 200 degrees top/bottom heat for about 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, apple, cucumber and green onion can already be chopped. Put the couscous in a bowl with some salt and pour double the amount of boiling water over it, set aside and let it rest.

Once the cauliflower is baked, we arrange everything together on a plate, add the turmeric cauliflower and top everything with the algae mojo and fresh coriander. A little salt & pepper on top - et voilá! Tastes wonderful with a little fresh lime juice!
