Ingredients

2 fresh baguettes
3 tbsp. the ginger carrots
350g tofu
20g bean sprouts
10g cilantro
handful peanuts
1 pinch. Sesame seeds
1/2 cucumber (sliced)
2-3 jalapeño (sliced)
the new sriracha
oil for frying
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp agave syrup

Here is how we proceed

Peel garlic, chop finely. Mix with 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp agave syrup and 2 tbsp sesame oil. Season with pepper and paprika powder. Slice the tofu and place in a bowl with the marinade.

Wash the cucumber, peel if necessary and cut into sticks.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu in it for 5-6 minutes on each side until the slices are golden brown, then remove the pan from the heat.

Wash the cilantro, shake dry and chop coarsely. Cut the buns lengthwise in half but not through, fill with all ingredients (bean sprouts, cucumber, tofu, jalapeños, the ginger carrots and cilantro) and drizzle with 1-2 tablespoons Sriracha.
