Grilled vegetables on bread taste twice as good with our kimchi
dark farmhouse bread
100g the daikon kimchi
1 green pointed bell pepper
salt & pepper
Here is how we proceed
Finely slice zucchini and bell bell pepper and place on grill with olive oil.
Meanwhile, cut avocado and mango into small pieces and mix with daikon kimchi and juice of one lime in a bowl.
Season with salt & pepper. Add the roasted vegetables and mix everything together and put it on the bread. The bread slices can also be fried on the grill until crispy.
