Ingredients

200 g orzo / risoni / kritharaki
1 red paprika
250 g yellow cherry tomatoes
100 g rocket
5 tbso olive oil
2 tbsp herbs
2 tsp salt
1-2 tsp pepper
1 jar of Mediterranean Kimchi
This is how we proceed
–
- Cook the orzo according to the instructions on the packet.
- Wash paprika, yellow cherry tomatoes and rocket, chop into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
- Once the orzo has cooled, add it to the bowl and mix everything together with olive oil, herbs, salt, pepper and Mediterranean Kimchi.
