1 jar of dried tomatoes
1 jar of Mediterranean Kimchi
Salt & pepper
1 big handful of fresh basil
1-2 tbsp olive oil
Sourdough bread slices
This is how we proceed
–
- Add the feta, dried tomatoes, Mediterranean Kimchi, salt, pepper, basil and a little olive oil in a blender and purée to a creamy consistency.
- Transfer to a bowl, garnish with fresh basil and a little olive oil, and enjoy with delicious sourdough bread.
