Mediterranean wraps with vegetables and kimchi

Colourful, aromatic and packed with summer vibes: our Mediterranean wraps with peppers, courgettes, red onions, herbs and Mediterranean Kimchi are the perfect vegan lunch – quick to make and deliciously spicy.
Ingredients

6 whole wheat wraps
1 red onion
1 zucchini
1 yellow paprika
1 red paprika
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Mediterranean herbs
1-2 tbsp Mediterranean Kimchi
Optional: vegan cream cheese

This is how we proceed
– 
  1. Peel and chop the red onion.
  2. Wash zucchini, yellow and red paprika and cut into small pieces.
  3. Add a little olive oil to a pan, briefly fry the vegetables and season with herbs, salt and pepper.
  4. Prepare the wraps, fill with vegetables and Mediterranean Kimchi and enjoy.
