Ingredients

6 whole wheat wraps
1 red onion
1 zucchini
1 yellow paprika
1 red paprika
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Mediterranean herbs
1-2 tbsp Mediterranean Kimchi
Optional: vegan cream cheese
This is how we proceed
–
- Peel and chop the red onion.
- Wash zucchini, yellow and red paprika and cut into small pieces.
- Add a little olive oil to a pan, briefly fry the vegetables and season with herbs, salt and pepper.
- Prepare the wraps, fill with vegetables and Mediterranean Kimchi and enjoy.
