For our Mediterranean Kimchi, weʼve combined traditional fermentation with vegetables typical of the Mediterranean: red peppers and tomatoes. Mild white cabbage paired with olives, aromatic vegetables and herbs gives the fragrant, sunny flavours of the Mediterranean in every bite.
We only use 100% organic vegetables for our plant-based Mediterranean Kimchi - completely without additives, not pasteurised and full of active cultures that are good for you. Happy gut, happy you!
