Mediterranean tarte flambée with kimchi

Colourful tarte flambée with fresh rocket, radishes, crispy fried smoked tofu and our Mediterranean Kimchi. Perfect for quick and gut-friendly cooking.

Ingredients

200 g tarte flambée e.g. from Bauck
200 g vegan crème fraîche
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp herbs
50 g rocket
4 radish
8 tbsp Mediterranes Kimchi
200 g smoked tofu
Cooking oil
Olive oil

This is how we proceed
  1. Prepare the baking mix for the tarte flambée according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Mix the crème fraîche with salt, pepper and herbs.
  3. Roll out the tarte flambée dough on floured baking paper, spread with the crème fraîche and bake in the oven until crispy.
  4. Wash the rocket and radishes, slice the radishes finely.
  5. Cut the smoked tofu into small cubes and fry in a pan with a little oil until crispy.
  6. Top the finished tarte flambée with rocket, Mediterranean kimchi, radish slices and smoked tofu cubes. Finally, drizzle with a little olive oil.
