Ingredients

    200 g tarte flambée e.g. from Bauck 
200 g vegan crème fraîche 
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp herbs
50 g rocket
4 radish
8 tbsp Mediterranes Kimchi 
200 g smoked tofu
Cooking oil
Olive oil
    This is how we proceed 
–
- Prepare the baking mix for the tarte flambée according to the instructions on the packet.
 - Mix the crème fraîche with salt, pepper and herbs.
 - Roll out the tarte flambée dough on floured baking paper, spread with the crème fraîche and bake in the oven until crispy.
 - Wash the rocket and radishes, slice the radishes finely.
 - Cut the smoked tofu into small cubes and fry in a pan with a little oil until crispy.
 - Top the finished tarte flambée with rocket, Mediterranean kimchi, radish slices and smoked tofu cubes. Finally, drizzle with a little olive oil.
