Ingredients

1 avocado
2 slices of sourdough bread
pickled onions
2–3 radishes
Original Kimchi
1 egg (optional)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
salt & pepper
spices (e.g., chili flakes, sesame seeds, or za’atar)
edible flowers for garnish
This is how we proceed
–
- Mash the avocado in a bowl with lemon juice and olive oil, then season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Toast the bread slices to your liking and spread the avocado cream generously on top. Then top with finely sliced radishes and pickled onions.
- Optionally, boil the egg until soft-boiled, cut it in half, and place it on the bread. Season with spices of your choice and garnish with edible flowers.
- Serve with a little Original Kimchi.
