Sourdough Bread with Avocado and a Twist

Take your sourdough sandwich to the next level: Topped with avocado spread, radishes, egg, and Original Kimchi, this sandwich is not only a treat for the taste buds but also a real feast for the eyes.
Ingredients

1 avocado
2 slices of sourdough bread
pickled onions
2–3 radishes
Original Kimchi
1 egg (optional)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
salt & pepper
spices (e.g., chili flakes, sesame seeds, or za’atar)
edible flowers for garnish

This is how we proceed

  1. Mash the avocado in a bowl with lemon juice and olive oil, then season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Toast the bread slices to your liking and spread the avocado cream generously on top. Then top with finely sliced radishes and pickled onions.
  3. Optionally, boil the egg until soft-boiled, cut it in half, and place it on the bread. Season with spices of your choice and garnish with edible flowers.
  4. Serve with a little Original Kimchi.
