Bruschetta with Mediterranean Kimchi

A fresh twist on a classic: bruschetta with cherry tomatoes, basil, the finest olive oil and Mediterranean Kimchi adds extra flavour to bread – perfect as a summer starter, snack or aperitif.
Ingredients for 2 Bruschetta

6 cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Mediterranean Kimchi
Fresh basil
Salt & pepper
2 slices of sourdough bread

This is how we proceed
  1. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into eighths and place them in a bowl.
  2. Mix in the olive oil, Mediterranean Kimchi, basil, salt and pepper.
  3. Then spread on slices of sourdough bread and enjoy.
