Ingredients for 2 Bruschetta

6 cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Mediterranean Kimchi
Fresh basil
Salt & pepper
2 slices of sourdough bread
This is how we proceed
–
- Wash the tomatoes, cut them into eighths and place them in a bowl.
- Mix in the olive oil, Mediterranean Kimchi, basil, salt and pepper.
- Then spread on slices of sourdough bread and enjoy.
