100g chickpea flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
This is how we proceed
First, mix the batter. To do this, mix the water and chickpea flour with a fork until it has a thick consistency. Add salt and garlic.
Add the kimchi to the batter and stir it in. Heat enough oil in a pan, add the kimchi to the oil and bake the pakoras until golden brown. If you like, you can add a little salt to the pakoras.
