the original kimchi
fresh lamb's lettuce
1 ripe avocado
1 tbsp maple syrup
light sesame seeds
salt & pepper
Here is how we proceed
Slice the onion and sauté in a pan with olive oil and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup.
Cut open the avocado and mix with the juice of one lime, a pinch of garlic powder and salt & pepper to make a cream.
Slice open ciabatta (toast briefly if desired) and spread with guacamole. Add lettuce, onions, kimchi, oregano and light sesame seeds and top with olive oil, cover with ciabatta lid - voilá.
