Rohe Zucchini-Tacos mit ingwer karotten

Ingredients

Round zucchini
100g oats
50g "the ginger carrots"
cress
1/2 apple

hummus with "the seaweed mojo"
250 g chickpeas (either soaked and cooked or out of from the jar)
30 g tahini
150 ml ice cold water
15 g olive oil
7 g garlic (chopped)
5 g salt
pepper to taste
1/2 tsp cumin
2 tbsp "the seaweed mojo"

This is how we proceed

Cook the oats according to package instructions.

For the hummus, place all ingredients except "the algae mojo" in a blender and puree until creamy. Pour the hummus into a bowl, add "the algae mojo" and mix everything well.

Cut apple into thin sticks. Cut zucchini into thin slices either with a vegetable slicer or carefully with a knife.

Now fill the tacos. For this, take a slice of zucchini, first put some oats on it next to "the ginger carrots". Everything is topped with some hummus, cress and apple.

Ready are the raw-vegan tacos with "the ginger carrots" and "the algae mojo".
