Goodbye summer? No problem, with this bowl we bring back the summer!
Ingredients

50g "the herb with cranberries"
Black Bean Tempeh Tamari from tempehmanufaktur
Iceberg lettuce
½ green zucchini
½ yellow zucchini
50 g chickpeas
100 g mushrooms
Some cress
Oil for frying
This is how we proceed

Slice the Black Bean Tempeh from tempehmanufaktur and fry it in a pan with enough oil.
Wash the vegetables and chop the lettuce. Slice the yellow and green zucchini and mushrooms and fry them in the pan with oil. Also fry the chickpeas briefly in the pan and season to taste with some paprika and curry.
Iceberg lettuce serves as the base of our bowl. We add the sautéed vegetables, the chickpeas and the BlackBean Tempeh and top the whole thing with "das kraut mit cranberries" and fresh cress.
