A very spicy sauce, which is served in South America - especially in Bolivia - with almost everything.
Ingredients

2 tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
a bunch of cilantro
2 tsp "the new sriracha"
fresh chili
half onion
pepper & salt

This is how we proceed
-

Chop the tomatoes, a clove of garlic, fresh chili, cilantro and some onion and put them in a blender - blend to taste with spices.

Put it in a bowl and top it with 2 tsp of "the new sriracha".

Ready is the traditional Bolivian salsa with a slight spiciness - whether as a spicy sauce or as a dip with nachos and vegetable sticks, enjoy!
