A savory-sweet summer dream straight from the grill
2 tbsp of the turmeric kale

This is how we proceed
Wash the zucchini, cut off the ends and cut into oblong strips. Cut the peach in half, remove its pit and cut the halves into fine slices.
Brush the zucchini with a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper and grill for about 5 minutes on each side, also put the peach pieces, without olive oil, on the grill for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, the dressing can be prepared: For this, we put olive oil in a bowl, mix it well with lemon zest and lemon juice and season it with salt and pepper.
Arrange everything on a large serving plate, spread "the turmeric kale" on it and drizzle with lemon dressing.
If you like, you can add fresh berries and herbs (mint or basil) for decoration.
