The fermented dough from Eatly is a real match for our vegetables
Dough from Eatly
the new sriracha
½ Hokkaido squash
(vegan) creme fraiche
1 green onion
pepper & salt
This is how we proceed
We start by finely slicing the Hokkaido squash as well as dicing the onion.
Place the fermented Eatlybatter in a coated pan as directed on the label. While the batter is frying for a few minutes on both sides, in another pan, saute the onions in a little agave syrup until translucent. Add the hokkaido squash and sauté everything over medium heat.
And we can start topping the pizza. Still on low heat in the pan, we put the crème fraîche on the dough base and season with grated nutmeg, some salt& pepper. Then we spread the sautéed vegetables, top with some fresh basil and spring onions and the slightly different pizza is ready to be served.
Add to this "the new sriracha" gives a real explosion of flavor - yummy!
