Ingredients

1 cauliflower
3-4 tsp "the new sriracha"
3 tbsp agave syrup
1 tsp curry powder
½ tsp nutmeg (powder or freshly grated)
4 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper

Here is how we proceed
-

Mix olive oil, agave syrup, curry, nutmeg, salt & pepper with 3-4 tsp of "the new sriracha".

Coat the cleaned cauliflower, on which we deliberately leave the leaves on (because they will be super tasty), with the mixture and put it on a baking sheet in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 45 minutes.

When it is crispy as desired, you can take it out and serve it.

Tastes great with fresh salad!
