A Buddha Bowl with your favorite ingredients is always good - and kimchi on top makes the recipe perfect

Mie noodles
50g the new kimchi
½ avocado
½ lime
50g smoked tofu
piece of cucumber (about 5cm)
handful of fresh spinach leaves
fresh sprouts
parsley
olive oil
to taste the new sriracha
salt & pepper
This is how we proceed

Cook the noodles according to package directions.
Cut the tofu into small cubes and fry in a little olive oil.
Meanwhile, wash the spinach and cucumber, cut cucumber into small sticks.
Arrange all ingredients in a bowl, toss the noodles in the new sriracha as desired, garnish with salt & pepper and a little olive oil.
