Quick cuisine with a star restaurant look. Smoked tofu topped with "the daikon kimchi" and fried glass noodles as the final touch.
Ingredients

For 2 people
200 g smoked tofu
200 g "das daikon kimchi"
Handful of glass noodles
400 ml frying oil
Shiso cress or sprouts
This is how we proceed

Put frying oil in a large pot and heat over medium heat. You can tell the oil is hot enough when you hold a wooden spoon in it and bubbles form around it
Add glass noodles to the hot oil and deep fry for 10 seconds until they puff up. Take them out and let them drain on a kitchen towel.
Cut the tofu in half lengthwise and fry in a hot pan for 3 minutes each.
Place the fried tofu on a plate, top generously with "das daikon kimchi" and top with glass noodles and shiso cress.
